Deep Extraction Cleaning

Cleaning is the first and most basic step in tile and grout care and restoration.  A proper cleaning will quickly remove dirt and oil to allow us to see a dirt-free surface. 

Tile and grout cleaner is applied to the entire tile floor.  Grout lines are  agitated and tile is brushed down.  After the cleaning agent has been allowed to emulsify the dirt and grime, it is removed using high pressure deep extraction cleaning.

The resulting effluent is then extracted using a portable or truck-mounted vacuum system.  This effectively removes surface dirt and grime from your grout.

Suitable for all forms of grout. Cleaning will remove surface dirt. Grout stains may be hiding under surface dirt, these can be addressed using MARBLELIFE's ColorSeal Process.  Surface dirt is gone leaving a bright dirt free grout surface.
