MaxOut Tile & Grout Deep Cleaner Concentrate -- MaxOut Concentrate is a specifically designed formulation that emulsifies grease and dirt from your grout. Grout Sealer -- MARBLELIFE'S Grout Sealer is easy-to-use and provides lasting resistance to staining from oil, water and food without altering the color, texture and breathability of your Grout. Recommended application is every 2-years for normal residential use.DIRECTIONS: Make sure surface is free from other coatings. Clean surface with MARBLELIFEďż˝S Tile & Grout Cleaner and allow to dry. Test in small area to ensure desired results. Pour Grout Sealer onto surface and spread with a cloth creating an even layer. Allow to set for 10-15 minutes, then wipe excess Sealer off with clean, dry cloth. With a clean dry cloth, buff excess sealer from surface of your tile to prevent steaking. If excess sealer has dried on the surface, reapply Sealer to remove excess and buff dry with a separate clean dry cloth.
